"In the beginning..."<br /><br />One that is outside of time can and could choose to communicate, it just depends on whether you "choose" to beleive it or not. Truth can be known as Jesus Himself stated that "If anyone chooses to do God's will, he will find out..."-- John 7:17 and also in 8:47 "He who belongs to God hears what God says. The reason you do not hear is that you do not belong to God."<br /><br />Jesus Himself states these things clearly noting that if you choose to know God and His will, the truth will come and you will know whether if it is true or not.
