This video features a discussion between old-earth creationist Hugh Ross and young-earth creationist Marcus Ross moderated by Dr. Gary Habermas. This event was hosted by Ratio Christi at Liberty University.
Whether you believe the earth is young or old, followers of Christ should take note of how cordial and respectful both speakers are toward one another. Further, neither has a problem stating that the age of the earth is a secondary issue that brothers and sisters in Christ should not divide over. And to this attitude I offer a hearty, "Amen!"
Finally, while I do not hold to a young earth view myself, it is hard to listen to Dr. Marcus Ross and conclude, as some do, that young creationism is an embarrassment or entirely irrational.
