Helpful Resources dealing with Mormonism

On a recent Reasonable Faith podcast, Dr. William Craig discussed the Mormon doctrine of creation and highlighted an exciting movement that is currently going on among a small number of Mormon scholars.

You can listen in here.

To hear apologist James White's thoughts on the Reasonable Faith podcast, listen here.

Further, over at Always Be Ready Apologetics Ministry, Charlie Campbell has recently added the following link entitled Some Questions for our LDS Friends that could prove extremely helpful when chatting with your LDS friends and relatives.

If you are going to link to Mormonism Research Ministries as a proper place to find out what Mormons believe, can I at least point to FAIR as a place that refutes all the points that MRM makes?

Here's the link:

www.fairlds.org

Be sure to check out their sidebar link to the FAIR Wiki for quick and searchable responses to all the common counter-cult ministry lines of attack.

P.S. I wrote out a point-by-point response to Craig's interview on Mormonism, but it got rejected by the word limit and I'm too lazy to break it up right now. If you want to see it, I'll post it in fragments for you.

Hello Seth R.,

Thank you for taking the comment and providing the link.

I am familiar with FAIR.

I would encourage our readers to checkout the links and ""prove all things; hold fast that which is good" [1 Thess. 5:21].

I would also encourage our readers to browse the Mormonism section located at our "An Apologetics Arsenal," here:

Take care

I listened to the entirety of Dr. Craig's podcast interview on Mormonism. In the interview, he mentions Mormon scholar Blake Ostler as having tackled Dr. Craig's arguments from "New Mormon Challenge" - particularly on the issue of creation ex nihilo.

You can find Ostler's responses and rebuttals to Craig's arguments here:

If you want to know what Mormons believe, ask them.

I would also want to recommend Dr. Craig's book, Reasonable Faith, 3rd ed., as well as his website, reasonablefaith.org.

Further, be sure to visit Dr. Paul Copan's website at www.paulcopan.com.

Thank you
